Remember when ordering flooring to always add 10-15% on top of your total square footage for cuts.
The easiest way to find out the square footage of a room is to measure the length and width, then multiply these two numbers by each other. The total is your square footage. Now add 10%. For example, if the room is 6ft 7inchs X 6ft 2inchs, the total square footage would be 40.60 sq. ft. you now add 10% or 4.06 for a total of 44.66 sq. ft. Also, please specify if you would like any underlayment or moldings with your qoute or order.
